A. We will normally be able to produce, print and dispatch your calendar within seven days from the time we receive both your order form and your photographs. Obviously it will be quicker if you have sent your photo's by email, but even if you send them to us by post, we will still begin work on your calendar as soon as we receive your order form. Please note that during busy periods, delivery time may increase. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

A. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your photographs as soon as they arrive. We do STRONGLY ADVISE you to send your photographs by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This not only guarantees next day delivery to us, but it is also more secure than regular 1st class mail.

A. Our policy is to always send your photographs back with your calendar via Royal Mail Registered Delivery. This not only guarantees next day delivery, but it is also more secure than regular 1st class mail. You may change the postage option to Royal Mail 1st class if you wish. This has the advantage of being less expensive, but does not offer the same security as Registered Delivery.

A. Unfortunately, at present we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK. We are hoping to expand to Worldwide delivery in the near future.
Q. Can I order a calendar offline ?

A. Yes. We offer both online and offline ordering. You can order offline by contacting us by phone and requesting an order form. We will send you an order form which you can then fill out and return along with your photographs. Again, we will begin work on your calendar as soon as we receive your order form back.

A. No. If you prefer, you may pay by Cheque or Postal Order. To do this, simply click on "Cheque / Postal Order" in the Payment Option Box on the Order Form.
Please make cheques payable to The Calendar Store. You can then submit your order to us online so that we can begin work on your calendar immediately. Then send a cheque together with your photographs to us at our address listed in the Contact Us Page. As soon as we receive your cheque and photo's we will complete your calendar, and as soon as your cheque clears through our bank we will dispatch your order.

A. There is no limit on how many special dates you can include in your calendar.
Q. Can I order more that one calendar at a time ?

A. You may order as many identical calendars as you wish in the same order. Simply enter the quantity you require in the box next to the "Buy" button. However, if you require two calendars with different photographs, or different Special Dates, you must complete two separate order forms. This is because the Special Dates are entered on the order form itself, and it could cause confusion and possible errors with your order. If, however, you want to have 2 or more calendars which share exactly the same Special Dates and photographs, then you can enter these all on the same order form.

A. There are two ways that you can get your photographs to us. The first way is to send them via email. This is the quickest way and enables us to begin work on your calendar immediately.

The second way is to send them by post. We STRONGLY ADVISE that if you are going to use this method that you send them by Royal Mail Registered Delivery. This will not only guarantee next day delivery, but also provides a much more secure service. We will email you to confirm receipt, whichever method you choose.

A. Yes. We offer a 10% on orders of 3 or more identical calendars in the same order. Please note that this discount is only valid for IDENTICAL calendars. Your discount will be calculated automatically when you place your order into your Shopping Cart.

A. We currently print 19 dates on our calendars as standard. To see which dates these are, please click on the "Standard Dates" Button on the left of any page on this site. This will bring up a pop up window with the dates shown. To close, simply click anywhere outside the window.

A. We offer two methods of delivery. The first is Royal Mail Registered Delivery. This is the method we strongly advise you choose, especially if you have sent photo's through the post. This is the default delivery service that we use unless you change it. The second method is Royal Mail 1st Class.
